# Billing

Billing settings are available in the **workplace settings** to administrators only.

**What you need to know**

* Timebook uses Stripe as the billing provider.
* Your billing details are safely stored within Stripe's vault.
* If you're getting errors about your payment method, check [Stripe decline codes](https://docs.stripe.com/declines/codes) website.

### Overview

The overview provides a summary of crucial billing details:

* next charge date
* number of seats
* number of AI credits
* payment method attached

### Invoices

The invoices tab collects all invoices issued so far together with their payment status.

#### Downloading invoices

To download an invoice, click it to open its details and use the dedicated button:

### Plans & Pricing

The last tab provides an overview of available plans and their details. Please mind that plan details are prone to change but will always be reflected in the application.
