Billing

Billing settings are available in the workplace settings to administrators only.

What you need to know

• Timebook uses Stripe as the billing provider.

• Your billing details are safely stored within Stripe's vault.

• If you're getting errors about your payment method, check Stripe decline codes website.

Overview

The overview provides a summary of crucial billing details:

• next charge date

• number of seats

• number of AI credits

• payment method attached

The invoices tab collects all invoices issued so far together with their payment status.

To download an invoice, click it to open its details and use the dedicated button:

Plans & Pricing

The last tab provides an overview of available plans and their details. Please mind that plan details are prone to change but will always be reflected in the application.
