# Document settings

To access this section:

1. Find your Team in the \[**Team spaces**] section of the Navigator.
2. Click the \[**Team settings**] icon next to your Team’s name.
3. Open the \[**Documents**] section.

## Configuring documentation

The \[**Documents**] section in the \[**Team settings**] module is where you configure various aspects of Timebook [Documents](/hc/product-guide/documents.md). These settings affect the availability and behavior of Document-related features for all members of your [Team](broken://pages/QbXiEeUhBL6iBL35OuIB).

Only the Team Owner and Admins can access the options in the \[**Documents**] section.

<table><thead><tr><th width="191">Option</th><th>How to use it</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Turn on</strong> / <strong>Turn off</strong></td><td><p>Use this toggle button to show or hide the [<strong>Documents</strong>] module in your Team.</p><p>When <strong>turned on</strong>, [<strong>Documents</strong>] will appear as a module in your Team, giving all members access to its features.</p><p>When <strong>turned off</strong>, the module and any existing Documents will be hidden from your Team. If you turn it back on, all previously created Documents will be restored.</p></td></tr></tbody></table>
