The settings are available from the dropdown at the top of the navigator:

## Workplace profile The main tab is the workplace profile. Here you can change the name of the account, upload avatar (your company logo), transfer workplace ownership (owners only), and define workplace invitation restrictions. {% hint style="info" %} Depending whether you have admin rights, the options available are different. * Admins have full R/W rights to all settings with exclusive access to [Integrations](/hc/integrations/about.md) and [Billing](/hc/product-guide/billing.md) tabs. * Members have read acess to settings and can view current usage. They can also invite new members by default, unless the option is disabled. {% endhint %} {% hint style="warning" %} Changing the name *does not* change the workplace URL. {% endtab %} {% endtabs %} ## **Members** The members tab is a place where you can browse, add, and manage workplace members. The members are listed with the following details * **Timezone**: the timezone set by the member in their [profile settings](/hc/product-guide/profile-settings.md#date-and-time) * **Spaces**: the spaces to which the member belongs to * **Role**: admin, member, finance (member with access to billing) * **Seat**: editor (full R/W access to workplace), reviewer (read-only access to workplace)

### Inviting new members To invite new people to the workplace click the '+Invite' button. Add the email addresses to which the invitation wil be sent and set the type of role and seat. {% hint style="info" %} Members with no admin rights can only invite people as members-editors. {% endhint %}

## Integrations \[Admins only] This tab collects all 3-rd party tools that must be integrated on the workplace level to operate. ## Usage The usage tab and provides a quick overview on the amount of resources consumed in the workplace: * pages in documents * work items and objects (insights, opportunities, etc.) * uploaded files and attachments

## AI usage This section lets you check how much AI credits you've consumed so far in your monthly allowance, with further breakdown into specific actions. {% tabs %} {% tab title="Overview tab" %}
