# Discovery

**Product** **Discovery** is the process of uncovering and understanding the needs and pain points of customers in order to identify and validate opportunities viable to your business. By making the customer in the centre of decision-making, it helps teams make data-driven actions and avoid wasting time and resources on useless features and functionalities.

## Research
