Potential game-changers

Transcript section on Interview cards

Interview cards now include a dedicated section for managing transcripts.

Why does it matter? Transcripts from linked Meetings will be automatically added to this section. You can also upload transcripts manually here. Once a transcript is added, you can use AI to generate actionable Insights directly from the same section. This update streamlines the process of capturing and analyzing interview data.

Interview cards now include the [Scheduled Interview] section and improved Insights grouping.

Why does it matter? The new [Scheduled Interview] section provides a clear preview of the corresponding Meeting, making scheduling details easy to access. Additionally, the [Insights] section now evaluates Insights based on the transcript quote match and marks them as high, medium, or low for better clarity and prioritization

We have added the [Generate] button on Insight cards to streamline Opportunity creation.

Why does it matter? The new button lets you quickly create Opportunities and copy content directly from your Insights. It ensures that key information is transformed effectively, helping you turn valuable feedback into tangible outcomes with just a few clicks.

Solutions have been boosted with new features to match other container types.

Why does it matter? You can now find Solutions through global search, use them in sorting and filtering for easier organization, and directly link a Solution when creating a new Work Item. You can also insert an inline Solution link on a page or when using the "mention" feature.

New types are now available when creating a new Team. Selecting a type streamlines the rest of the Team creation process.

Why does it matter? When creating a Team, the selected type determines the pre-configured templates available in the next step. These tailored options help you quickly choose the best set of modules for your specific needs.

New modals now protect against accidental deletion of containers populated with or linked to other Timebook objects.

Why does it matter? This feature adds an extra layer of security to your work by ensuring you don’t delete critical containers or disrupt linked workflows.

UI elements featuring the Timebook logo now include a "Beta" label, and the [Share Beta Feedback] button has been added to the Navigator.

Why does it matter? The label signals that Timebook is in its Beta stage, while the new feedback option allows users to share insights and suggestions conveniently. These updates improve transparency and make it easier for users to contribute to Timebook's development.

You can now preview text files across the app, including translation files in Interviews.

Why does it matter? This new feature allows you to view text file content without needing to download or open it in a separate editor, providing a quick and convenient way to access file information directly within the app.

This section lists the bugs we resolved in the latest release. These fixes should improve Timebook's performance and give you a more stable experience.

Bug
Fix description

AI Insight generation freeze

In case of an error or processing timeout when generating Insights, you will now see a "Try again" prompt, ensuring you can start again without being stuck in the process.

Solution creation in Opportunities is not prioritized

When adding a Solution to an Opportunity, the [Create] option is now prioritized for faster setup, while the option to link existing Solutions remains available.

Interview section not showing on Meeting cards

As an invitee, you can now see the [Interview] section on Meeting cards without any issues.

A 404 error when deleting a reply in a thread

We have fixed the issue causing a 404 error when refreshing the app after deleting a reply in a comment thread.

Issue when prompting AI to provide links

When prompting AI for a link, you now receive the link without encountering the "Discard prompt" modal.

Incorrect icons for several block types on pages

When adding blocks to a page using the "/" key, all block types now display the correct icons.

We want your experience to shape the future of Timebook, so we are looking forward to hearing your feedback.

You can send us your ideas or report issues using the dedicated feature in Timebook. Open the [Help and Support] section at the bottom of the Navigator and select [Feedback]. Fill out and submit the resulting form, and we'll take care of the rest.

Thank you for your time.
