Potential game-changers

Organize workflows with Products

We have introduced the [Product] module at the Workplace level, enabling you to create and manage distinct scopes for different products in your organization.

Why does it matter? The new module helps you organize your work by setting up distinct scopes tailored to various products. Additionally, object types like Stories, Epics, and Opportunities now include the [Product] property, making it simple to associate them with specific products. This improvement streamlines work management and ensures clear separation of workflows.

Filters and sorting options are now available to help you find Opportunities faster when adding them to an OST.

Why does it matter? This update simplifies the process of adding Opportunities to an OST by allowing you to filter and sort through them. These tools are especially useful when working with a large pool of Opportunities, helping you quickly find what you need based on specific criteria or priorities.

We have introduced two new modules at the Team level—Interviews and Insights—designed to store corresponding objects and streamline feedback capture.

Why does it matter? These new modules mark another step forward in our work on feedback capture tools. The Interviews module helps centralize and organize interview records and transcripts, while the Insights module allows you to store and act on key takeaways.

We have introduced two organization types for Teams: Product and Engineering.

Why does it matter? By marking a Team as "Product," you can assign an existing Product object to it, ensuring clear alignment between Teams and their respective scopes of work. This feature currently applies to existing Teams, but will soon be expanded to include the creation process as well.

You can now connect Goals to Opportunities using a dedicated section on the Opportunity card.

Why does it matter? The dedicated section on the Opportunity card provides a convenient way to link a Goal directly to an Opportunity. This ensures your work is aligned with broader objectives, making it easier to understand how each Opportunity contributes to achieving strategic Goals.

The [Table of Contents] block is now available for managing your pages.

Why does it matter? This new block helps you structure and navigate your pages more effectively by automatically generating a clickable outline of headings. It’s especially useful for long or detailed pages, making it easier to locate and access specific sections.

You can now paste links to Timebook objects in comments, displaying them as inline elements. Additionally, the mention feature lets you reference both people and objects.

Why does it matter? Comments across Timebook are now more versatile and informative. Inline links to Timebook objects provide immediate context, while the mention feature allows you to draw the attention of specific team members and reference relevant objects directly within a comment.

This section lists the bugs we resolved in the latest release. These fixes should improve Timebook's performance and give you a more stable experience.

Bug
Fix description

Tabs in [My Work] are cut off when resizing screen

When you resize the screen, tabs that don’t fit are automatically moved to the [More] section for easy access.

Document notification redirects to the list

When clicking on a Document-related notification, you are now correctly navigated to the specific Document instead of the list.

Breadcrumb navigation missing in read-only Documents

When viewing a Document in read-only mode, the breadcrumb navigation is visible and usable for navigating to other areas in the app.

Can't change the Project lead from the list

When you change the Project lead in the list view of all Projects, the data now refreshes immediately.

Can't see tooltips on Project cards

Hovering over Project cards in the List layout now shows tooltips with property details.

Wrong icon when linking an OST to a Key Result

When you link an Opportunity Solution Tree to a Key Result, the OST now shows the right icon.

We want your experience to shape the future of Timebook, so we are looking forward to hearing your feedback.

You can send us your ideas or report issues using the dedicated feature in Timebook. Open the [Help and Support] section at the bottom of the Navigator and select [Feedback]. Fill out and submit the resulting form, and we'll take care of the rest.

Thank you for your time.
