Potential game-changers

Introducing Feature Roadmaps

We added the [Feature] type to our collection of Roadmaps. It will help you manage Features using the Now/Next/Later approach.

Why does it matter? This new Roadmap type in Timebook complements the Project-related one. It allows you to gather all Features in one place and plan them using the Now/Next/Later approach. Additionally, when creating a new Feature Roadmap, you can choose to organize your timeline by weeks, months, or quarters. You can find the dedicated [Roadmaps] module in the Workplace area of the Navigator.

We added the [Column] layout to our view management options. The layout has a middle pane to help you navigate between items.

Why does it matter? This feature gives you yet another perspective to look at your work in Timebook. It comes with a middle pane that you can use to scroll through all items. When you select an item, we will show its details in the main area on the right. You can find the [Column] layout in the [Manage view] section of most apps in Timebook.

We added the [Risk assessment] selector to Projects and Initiatives.

Why does it matter? Why does it matter? This feature lets you signal when a specific object in Timebook is at risk. We've added a risk selector to Projects and Initiatives, allowing you to mark them as [No risk], [At risk], or [High risk].

We added the [Initiatives] module to the Workplace area of the Navigator.

Why does it matter? You now have one place to manage all Initiatives, as you can create, track, and update them using the dedicated module. You can also open an Initiative to view and access all Projects linked to it.

This section lists the bugs we resolved in the latest release. These fixes should improve Timebook's performance and give you a more stable experience.

Bug
Fix description

Wrong screen for "No search results"

When an item search ends with no results, you now see a proper message encouraging you to try different search criteria.

Incorrect values in Sprint overview

Charts showing Sprint progress now display accurate values that match the actual data.

Missing icons in Sprint tabs

All tabs in Sprints now show corresponding icons next to their names.

Unnecessary notifications when creating items inline

You will no longer receive notifications when assigning an item created inline to yourself

We want your experience to shape the future of Timebook, so we are looking forward to hearing your feedback.

You can send us your ideas or report issues using the dedicated feature in Timebook. Open the [Help and Support] section at the bottom of the Navigator and select [Feedback]. Fill out and submit the resulting form, and we'll take care of the rest.
