In this release, the Navigator has been restructured into Strategy, Discovery, and Delivery sections, making it easier to find relevant modules at a glance. The video and audio players now feature updated controls and a picture-in-picture mode, allowing for effortless multitasking. Plus, when you're mentioned in a comment, clicking the notification will take you directly to it—no more unnecessary scrolling.
This is a summary of all the improvements in this release. Use the links below to jump to specific entries, or scroll down to read about all the changes.
Here, you'll find detailed information about the latest additions to Timebook. Explore them, stay updated, and make the most of Timebook.
We have reworked the Navigator’s layout by introducing new sections like Strategy, Discovery, and Delivery, each displaying all relevant modules.
Why does it matter? This update structures the Navigator in a way that aligns with your workflow, making it easier to focus on what matters—whether it’s big-picture strategy or day-to-day delivery. Every module now provides a roll-up view of specific data across the entire Workplace. Plus, you can customize your experience with expanded settings, letting you show or hide individual modules or entire sections.
The video player widget comes with updated controls and a picture-in-picture mode. We’ve also refreshed the audio player’s design.
Why does it matter? You can keep videos playing in a floating window while switching tabs, making it easier to review demos or listen to feedback without interrupting your workflow. The cleaner audio player design ensures a better user experience, too.
Clicking a notification about being mentioned in a page comment now takes you directly to that comment.
Why does it matter? No more scrolling through long pages to find your mention. This small but mighty improvement gets you to the right spot instantly, saving time and frustration.
If you try to sign in while an active Timebook session is open, you’ll now see a modal prompting you to continue your session or sign out of the active one.
Why does it matter? This prevents accidental session overrides, so you won’t mistakenly kick yourself out of important work. It’s an effective safeguard against unnecessary disruptions.
When linking Goals to other Timebook objects, you can now use a redesigned selector that consolidates all Team and Workplace Goals in one view.
Why does it matter? This streamlined selector makes it effortless to link Goals while staying in context, making Goal management more intuitive and efficient. Plus, you can create new Goals directly from the selector without leaving the flow.
You can now create an Opportunity Solution Tree (OST) and link it to a Key Result in a single flow.
Why does it matter? You can create and link OSTs in one go, making it faster to connect them to measurable outcomes without extra steps and distractions.
This section lists the bugs we resolved in the latest release. These fixes should improve Timebook's performance and give you a more stable experience.
Confusing upcoming event notification
Upcoming event notifications now display the time remaining until the event instead of the time elapsed since the notification was generated.
“This and following events” option missing
When rescheduling a recurring event, you can now choose to apply the change to a single event, all events, or this and all following events without any issues.
Wrong icons for Interviews and Insights
Team settings now correctly display icons for Interview and Insight modules.
Can’t share a note
You can now share your private notes with other Workplace memebers without any issues.
Unable to share feedback with “Accept Cookies” modal displayed
You can now use the "Share Beta feedback" button correctly even if the cookie acceptance modal is showing at the bottom of the page.
Confusing notifications about watched items
When someone reacts to a message in an item you watch, the notification no longer incorrectly states that the reaction is to your message if you didn’t create it.
We want your experience to shape the future of Timebook, so we are looking forward to hearing your feedback.
You can send us your ideas or report issues using the dedicated feature in Timebook. Open the [Help and Support] section at the bottom of the Navigator and select [Feedback]. Fill out and submit the resulting form, and we'll take care of the rest.
Thank you for your time.
