New features

Here, you'll find detailed information about the latest additions to Timebook. Explore them, stay updated, and make the most of Timebook.

Potential game-changers

Meet your new agenda

The Calendar has moved into the My Work module and is now called Agenda. All your resources are conveniently housed in one place.

Why does it matter? This change brings your schedule, tasks, watched items, and other personal work tools together under one roof, making it easier to manage your day-to-day activities without jumping between modules.

Solutions now come with two new status options: Identified and Discarded. Projects have also gained a Draft status.

Why does it matter? These additional statuses give you more flexibility and clarity when tracking the progress of your Solutions and Projects. You can easily differentiate between ideas that are in the early stages, those that have been identified, or ones that are no longer viable.

Interviews, Insights, and Tickets now include the Product property for more precise assignments.

Why does it matter? This addition helps you tie feedback, findings, and issues directly to specific Products, streamlining organization and making it easier to track relevant information.

The Navigator now includes a fully functional Sprint roll-up with filters, grouping, and sorting options.

Why does it matter? Managing Sprints just got easier. You can now quickly view and organize Sprint data across your organization in one place, allowing for better tracking and planning.

You can now add comments to Wiki pages, just like you do in Documents.

Why does it matter? This feature improves collaboration by enabling discussions directly on Wiki pages, making it easier to share feedback.

You can now leverage AI to help write content in the About tab of a Product.

Why does it matter? This feature speeds up content creation, helping you craft clear and informative descriptions for your Products with less effort.

You can now move items to the top or bottom of a list (or group) using new options in the […] menu.

Why does it matter? Reordering your work has never been quicker. These new options help you prioritize tasks with just a couple of clicks, saving you time and effort.

If you have Timebook open in multiple tabs, signing out on one will trigger a modal in the others, letting you know your session has ended.

Why does it matter? This prevents confusion and irritation by keeping you informed about your session status across all open tabs.

This section lists the bugs we resolved in the latest release. These fixes should improve Timebook's performance and give you a more stable experience.

Bug
Fix description

Single- and multi-page Documents confusion

All Document layouts are now unified, providing a consistent user experience, no matter the number of pages.

Issue with Notifications and My Work scrolling away

As you scroll through the Navigator, the Notifications and My Work modules stay pinned to the top and remain visible.

Pasted videos stretched to the full width

You can now paste a video onto a page, and the video will assume the minimum allowed width by default. You can then enlarge the video.

Datestamps missing when commenting on updates

When you post a comment to a container update, both the datestamp and timestamp are now displayed correctly.

Issue when canceling OST creation

Canceling the creation of an OST in a Key Result now correctly prevents any objects from being created.

Can't save a Key Result when clicking out of the modal

In the Goal creation dialog, clicking outside the Key Result title field now correctly saves the Key Result, which is consistent with other Timebook flows.

Sorting option not working in the Board layout

You can now sort your data in the Board layout without any issues.

We want your experience to shape the future of Timebook, so we are looking forward to hearing your feedback.

You can send us your ideas or report issues using the dedicated feature in Timebook. Open the [Help and Support] section at the bottom of the Navigator and select [Feedback]. Fill out and submit the resulting form, and we'll take care of the rest.

Thank you for your time.
