This week's updates focus on improving interview processing workflow, giving the user tools to manually modify insights, as well as a fully functional AI chat assistant.
New feature
New reconstructed interviews
Transcript and insights in the interview object are now displayed side by side
Transcript sections used in insights are now highlighted
You can now manually generate and update insights from selected paragraphs of interview transcripts
You can now manually upload recordings to existing interviews
Added AI chat to the properties panel. Using the chat immediately updates related opportunity and work item sections. For example, you can ask the AI to regenerate task summary or update opportunity title.
Improvements
New simplified 3-step registration process for new users
Added AI chat to the properties panel, similar to Interviews
Most recently used tags are now available at the top of the tag selector dropdown
Importance Score on the opportunity view is now more visible and displayed together with the rationale
Rewritten MCP authentication mechanism now allows easier connector configuration from external AI tools
Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug with incorrect calculation of AI tokens in workplace settings
Processing a transcript in an interview now properly generates the summary
Items created from the quick-add modal are now properly displayed in Recently Viewed
Clicking on a page link in Recently Viewed now properly redirects to the target page
