This week’s updates focus on streamlining the transition from Solutions to Delivery. We’ve introduced a verification layer for AI generated insights to ensure data integrity, and opened up workspace access by removing email restrictions and simplifying reviewer invitations.

Improvements

• Flattened transcript blocks: Multiple lines from the same speaker in VTT uploads are now combined into continuous text blocks, eliminating unnecessary sentence breaks. ​

• AI insight verification: Introduced a "human-in-the-loop" step where users must "accept" AI generated insights before they can be mapped to opportunities.

• Send solution is easy: Send solutions to delivery are not easy to do with the introduction of the button "Send to Delivery".

• Expanded sign-up access: Removed restrictions on Gmail accounts; TimeBook now supports sign-ups from any email address.

• Streamlined permissions: Reduced system requests during sign-up; access to contacts or Google Workspace is no longer required.

• Democratised reviewer invites: Any user can now invite "Reviewers" to a workspace without needing admin permissions.

• Enhanced solution interface: Added a direct link to "Opportunities" within the New Solution screen to better connect outcomes to problems.

• Flattened navigation: The "Resources" section has been updated to a flat list (Documents and Wiki) to maintain UI consistency across the interface.

Bug Fixes

• Insight highlighting: Manually created insights are now properly highlighted and visible within the UI.

• Opportunity navigation: Fixed a bug that prevented users from clicking and opening an opportunity directly from within an interview.
