The search for existing Opportunities in the OST has been redesigned with a full-size modal, displaying a complete list of available Opportunities and a preview.
Why does it matter? This redesign makes it easier to find the right Opportunity by providing a more comprehensive and organized view. The full-size modal offers a more efficient way to search and preview Opportunities. This feature is all about enhancing the user experience in OSTs.
You can now use a progress tracker to manage your Key Results, allowing you to edit the starting, current, and target values directly in the tracker.
Why does it matter? The progress tracker makes managing Key Results more interactive and visual, enhancing the Goal concept by providing clear, real-time insights into progress. This helps you understand how each Key Result contributes to the overall Goal, keeping everyone focused and aligned.
We have removed the [Personal] module from the Teams section. You can now find your notes and all personal content in [My Work].
Why does it matter? This change consolidates all items of personal relevance into one module, making [My Work] your central hub for accessing and managing everything. It also helps clearly distinguish between team-oriented and personal content, improving organization and focus.
You can now find Initiatives through the global search and manually rearrange Projects within them.
Why does it matter? This provides greater flexibility in organizing Projects within an Initiative, allowing you to order Projects as needed. Additionally, making Initiatives searchable through the global search makes it quicker to locate key strategic efforts.
The [Manage view] section now includes the "Order" setting that allows you to sort items in ascending or descending order.
Why does it matter? This new setting gives you greater control over how your data is displayed, making it easy to quickly adjust the order of information to meet your needs.
When accessing a Document where you have permissions from multiple sources (as a Team member and from someone sharing it with you), you will now receive the higher permission set.
Why does it matter? This update ensures you automatically receive the most comprehensive access available, reducing confusion over conflicting permissions.
You can now mark Goals as canceled.
Why does it matter? This update helps you manage Goals that are no longer being pursued without deleting them. By marking a Goal as canceled, teams can maintain a complete record of their objectives and differentiate between ongoing, completed, and canceled efforts.
This section lists the bugs we resolved in the latest release. These fixes should improve Timebook's performance and give you a more stable experience.
