We have introduced the Interview object, an extension to Meetings that automatically captures Zoom transcripts.
Why does it matter? When you enable the Interview feature for a Meeting, Timebook automatically captures the transcript from the linked Zoom session and saves it in the Interview object for later use. Using Interview objects ensures important discussions are accurately documented. This enhancement marks the first step toward implementing a broader Interview module in Timebook, designed to help transform customer feedback into actionable opportunities.
You can now use the Watch feature in Initiatives, Projects, OSTs, and Sprints.
Why does it matter? This feature expands the Watch functionality beyond Work Items to include containers like Initiatives, Projects, OSTs, and Sprints. You can now assign yourself or others to follow changes in these containers, ensuring that everyone watching receives timely notifications about important updates.
We have implemented breadcrumb navigation for Roadmaps, Initiatives, Projects, OSTs, and Sprints.
Why does it matter? With the new breadcrumb navigation, you can easily track your location and move between hierarchy levels. This feature replaces the "Back" arrow and provides a clearer and more intuitive way to navigate Roadmaps, Initiatives, Projects, OSTs, and Sprints.
The My Work module now includes new tabs for managing your personal Documents and files.
Why does it matter? With the addition of these new tabs, My Work becomes your central hub for accessing and organizing files and personal Documents. Whether they are your own or shared with you, everything is conveniently grouped in one place, keeping important resources within easy reach.
When pasting a link to a supported external source, you can now choose to add it as a bookmark, regular link, or embed.
Why does it matter? This feature gives you more flexibility when adding links in Timebook. The new modal allows you to decide how a link is displayed: as a simple bookmark for quick reference, a standard link, or a widget that embeds the content directly.
You can now use the [...] menu to switch a bookmark link to a simple link.
Why does it matter? This update makes managing links more flexible by allowing you to change how a bookmark is presented. With just a few clicks, you can simplify a link’s display, ensuring it matches your needs without having to recreate the link.
Workplace Owners and Admins now have a dedicated icon in the Navigator for quicker member additions.
Why does it matter? This feature simplifies adding Workplace members by providing Owners and Admins with quick access via the Navigator, while still retaining the option to add members in the Workplace settings area.
A new banner now notifies you when your Timebook trial is nearing its end, with a link to upgrade your plan.
Why does it matter? This banner ensures you’re aware of how many days remain in your Timebook trial before transitioning to the Free plan. It provides a direct link to the billing section, making it easy to upgrade your plan and avoid any disruptions to premium features.
This section lists the bugs we resolved in the latest release. These fixes should improve Timebook's performance and give you a more stable experience.
