In this release, we’ve made Interviews more adaptable by enabling assignment to any Team with the Interview module and improving Meeting integration. We’ve also enhanced transcript handling by automatically uploading transcripts from past meetings to linked Interviews and allowing flexible Insight creation. Finally, we’ve introduced the Now/Next/Later Roadmap to help you organize and prioritize your work across weeks, months, or quarters.
This is a summary of all the improvements in this release. Use the links below to jump to specific entries, or scroll down to read about all the changes.
Here, you'll find detailed information about the latest additions to Timebook. Explore them, stay updated, and make the most of Timebook.
We’ve made several changes to Interviews. You can now assign a new Interview to any Team with the Interview module enabled, link existing Interviews to Meetings via a full-screen selection modal, or unlink Interviews from Meetings.
Why does it matter? These updates make Interviews more versatile, allowing you to assign and organize them more easily across your Teams. Linking Interviews via the full-screen modal and the addition of the unlinking button provide a clear and intuitive way to manage your Interviews.
When you add an Interview to a past meeting, the transcript of the meeting is automatically added to the Interview object. Additionally, you can create Insights or link existing ones directly on the Interview card.
Why does it matter? Streamlining transcript management saves you time and effort by reducing manual uploads. Creating and linking Insights directly from the Interview card gives you more control over your discovery data without relying on the transcript
Use the new Roadmap type to organize Projects, Opportunities, Solutions, or Work Items into three columns representing weeks, months, or quarters.
Why does it matter? This is the first step of transforming the Feature Roadmap into the Now/Next/Later one. This structure makes it easier to prioritize and communicate what’s in progress, what’s next, and what’s planned. It also clearly aligns efforts with long-term goals.
The Now/Next/Later Roadmap also supports drag-and-drop functionality. Moving an item between columns automatically adjusts its planned date.
Why does it matter? This feature simplifies rescheduling and keeps your Now/Next/Later Roadmap dynamic, helping you make quick adjustments without additional manual updates.
The Goals module now displays all Goals in a single view, eliminating the need to toggle between separate tabs for Team and Workplace Goals.
Why does it matter? This consolidated view reduces navigation time and helps you focus on the big picture or drill down into details, depending on your needs. And you can still use the Team filter to focus on Goals assigned to a specific Team.
Every Product now has its own Wiki module, offering the same functionality as the Workplace-level Wiki.
Why does it matter? Product-specific Wikis help centralize information, making it easier to organize and access documentation for individual Products without cluttering the Workplace Wiki.
The new "Usage" tab in Workplace settings now lets you monitor AI assistance (including generated Insights), pages and items created, and file storage usage.
Why does it matter? All the usage data in this tab is presented against your pricing plan’s limits. This transparency ensures you’re always aware of resource usage, helping you manage and optimize your plan effectively.
A new checkbox has been added to prevent accidental deletion of pages within a Document. You can still delete individual pages directly without using the checkbox.
Why does it matter? This added layer of protection helps safeguard your work from unintended deletions while maintaining flexibility for intentional edits.
This section lists the bugs we resolved in the latest release. These fixes should improve Timebook's performance and give you a more stable experience.
Can't add a tag to an item in the List layout
You can now add a tag to an item in the List layout, even if no tags were previously associated with it.
Can't add a tag to a Document in the Table layout
You can now add a tag to a Document in the Table layout, even if no tags were previously associated with it.
Key Results are discarded when clicking out of the modal

Trimmed titles on pages
We have removed the strict pixel limit for page titles. As a result, you can now see longer titles, as they are no longer trimmed.
We want your experience to shape the future of Timebook, so we are looking forward to hearing your feedback.
You can send us your ideas or report issues using the dedicated feature in Timebook. Open the [Help and Support] section at the bottom of the Navigator and select [Feedback]. Fill out and submit the resulting form, and we'll take care of the rest.
