Last week, we highlighted a series of subtle yet meaningful improvements designed to enhance your day-to-day experience in Timebook. This week, we’re continuing that theme with another batch of refinements focused on clarity, consistency, and ease of use.
From a cleaner sign-in page to smarter handling of images in Documents, these updates help make Timebook feel smoother and more intuitive. We’ve also improved dropdown selectors, expanded character limits, and made it easier to manage Solutions, Interviews, and scheduled Work Items.
These aren’t major overhauls, but they add up to a better workflow. Here’s what’s new this week:
Solutions in the OST view can now be dragged, dropped, and updated
You can now easily move Solution objects within the OST view and update their status directly, making workflow management more flexible.
Video recordings are now attached to Interview cards
Interview video recording will now be automatically displayed on the Interview card, making it quicker to access and review.
The sign-in/sign-up page gets a cleaner look
We’ve refreshed the design of the sign-in/sign-up page with a more streamlined layout and improved button placement for a smoother experience.
Images in Documents now maintain their original size instead of stretching to full width
Images in Documents will now retain their original dimensions whenever possible, ensuring they look as intended.
Confirmation modals now follow a consistent design
All confirmation modals across the app have been standardized with similar wording patterns, button styling, and layout, making them easier to interact with.
Dropdown selectors for several object types now have a unified style
The dropdown menus for selecting Projects, Releases, Solutions, and Roadmaps have been redesigned with a consistent look, making navigation more intuitive.
Increased character limits for containers
We’ve significantly expanded the character limit for descriptions of containers, including Projects and OSTs.
Work Items in the calendar now have a quick "Unschedule" button
A new icon on scheduled Work Items lets you remove them from your calendar with a single click, eliminating unnecessary steps.
Resource limits now reset based on your billing cycle
The Usage tab in Workplace settings now resets resource limits in sync with your invoice date, rather than defaulting to the first of the month.
Transcript placeholder now guides the upload process
The placeholder text in the Interview’s transcript section now clearly explains how to upload files and specifies which file types are supported, reducing guesswork.
We want your experience to shape the future of Timebook, so we are looking forward to hearing your feedback.
You can send us your ideas or report issues using the dedicated feature in Timebook. Open the [Help and Support] section at the bottom of the Navigator and select [Feedback]. Fill out and submit the resulting form, and we'll take care of the rest.
Thank you for your time.
