In this release, we've added Work Item statistics to the Project drawer, offering real-time updates on project progress. Key Results have been redesigned to show supporting Initiatives, Projects, and OSTs, with icons for quick reference. We've also improved drag-and-drop functionality across the app, making item reordering smoother and more intuitive.

Here, you'll find detailed information about the latest additions to Timebook. Explore them, stay updated, and make the most of Timebook.
The Project drawer now has a section dedicated to Work Item statistics.
Why does it matter? The statistics section updates dynamically, showing real-time changes as Work Items are added or completed. This provides an up-to-date view of project progress directly in the drawer. A similar solution is already available in Sprints, so you will benefit from a consistent experience across different modules.
We have improved the presentation of Key Results and their linked objects.
Why does it matter? The redesigned Key Results section on the Goal card now displays the Initiatives, Projects, and OSTs linked to each Key Result. Each linked object type is marked with a special icon, making it easier to identify and understand the connections at a glance. This provides a clearer context for tracking progress and related work.
We have made several visual changes to improve the drag-and-drop experience.
Why does it matter? The key improvement here is the drop indicator, which is now much more prominent and easier to interact with. You will notice the improved behavior when reordering objects on a list and dropping an object onto another one or a group. This enhancement is also available when reordering Document structure or moving blocks on pages.
Opportunity cards in the Tree layout have received the Opportunity Score indicator.
Why does it matter? The Opportunity Score indicator is now visible directly on the Opportunity card in the Tree layout. This eliminates the need to open each card to view the score, saving time and making it easier to prioritize and evaluate multiple opportunities at a glance.
We have reworked the sub-item section of the Solution card and renamed it to [Assumptions].
Why does it matter? The sub-item section of the Solution card has been renamed to [Assumptions] since this is the only type of object that can be linked to a Solution. This update provides clarity, making it easier to understand the role of the section.
In the Project drawer, you can now use two dedicated fields to link Roadmaps and Initiatives.
Why does it matter? This enhancement makes it easier to establish and visualize connections between Projects and higher-level strategy management tools.
You'll now see a blocking modal if you try to click out while adding an inline comment.
Why does it matter? The blocking modal prevents you from accidentally losing your input when adding an inline comment. This ensures that comments are saved and reduces the chance of errors.
We have extended the zoom feature in the Tree layout to 150%.
Why does it matter? The enhanced zoom functionality in the Tree layout, now allowing you to zoom in to 150%, provides greater flexibility when working with larger or more complex trees.
This section lists the bugs we resolved in the latest release. These fixes should improve Timebook's performance and give you a more stable experience.
Unable to reload Timebook using the update pop-up message
You can now correctly reload the app using the [Reload your browser to apply the changes] button in the system message.
Projects not showing in [Recently visited] if opened through Initiatives
If you open a Project from the Initiative it belongs to, the Project will now correctly show in your [Recently visited] list.
Can't see the time notification was sent
On mobile devices, the notification text is now broken into two lines, so both the date and time of notifications are correctly displayed.
Multiple drag-and-drop issues
We have fixed several drag-and-drop issues, including dropping one object on another in flat lists or the missing drop zone when moving objects between columns.
Can't interact with Goal links in the drawer
You can now correctly use Goal links in the Project, Initiative, and OST drawers.
Can't enter values for specific properties
You can now correctly edit values for all properties on item card.
We want your experience to shape the future of Timebook, so we are looking forward to hearing your feedback.
