Mentioning others and adding quick links on a page is now merged into one functionality.
Why does it matter? You can now mention others and reference Timebook content using just the @ key, without switching between different tools or shortcuts. All of this is handled within a single modal, making it easier to reference people and resources on your pages.
The Project drawer has received the [Linked Solutions] section.
Why does it matter? The new section in the Project drawer provides an overview of all Solutions associated with a Project. This addition bridges the gap between the discovery process and work execution, helping you understand which Solutions are linked to your Project without the need for additional navigation.
You can now group Projects by Team or Status.
Why does it matter? Grouping by Team helps you quickly identify ownership and collaboration dynamics, making it easier to allocate resources effectively. Grouping by Status provides a clear picture of progress, highlighting which Projects need attention and which are on track.
Opportunity cards now have two separate sections for linking sub-Opportunities and Solutions.
Why does it matter? Having separate sections for linking sub-Opportunities and Solutions makes it easier to distinguish between different types of related work. This new structure enhances organization and visibility.
In the Goals module, you can now use dedicated filters to show only Goals belonging to specific Teams.
Why does it matter? This feature makes it easier to focus on the relevant Goals for your Team, reducing distractions and improving efficiency when managing or tracking progress.
The Key Result section of a Goal can now display longer titles, up to three lines of text.
Why does it matter? This enhancement provides more space for detailed Key Result descriptions, ensuring that important information is not cut off.
This section lists the bugs we resolved in the latest release. These fixes should improve Timebook's performance and give you a more stable experience.
Pinning and bookmarking messages not showing for certain objects
After successfully pinning or bookmarking an object, the relevant toast message will now display for all object types.
Issues when using the "/" key inline
Typing "/" inline now opens the modal with additional options correctly without causing the line to disappear.
Can't open a linked Document using the Electron app
Documents linked in a Work Item can now be opened correctly when using the Electron app for Timebook.
Issues when reordering sub-items in OSTs
Reordering a sub-item in the Tree layout of an OST no longer causes the parent item to be unlinked automatically.
Changes to properties reset after editing the description
Changes to properties, including Tags, Priority, and Status, are now saved correctly after editing the description.
Overwriting parent item with sub-item data
Unlinking a sub-item no longer causes the parent item to be overwritten with data from the sub-item. Additionally, the relationship between both items is now correctly terminated.
We want your experience to shape the future of Timebook, so we are looking forward to hearing your feedback.
