Customizing your Team

Timebook Teams provide a collaborative space tailored to help groups work flexibly. With customizable modules for work management, communication, and resource sharing, each Team can work effectively toward specific objectives. Adding or removing members, along with the option to invite external collaborators, ensures that each Team has the right mix of skills.

You can customize your Team’s settings to align its features with your work style and the specific needs of your projects. Adjusting these settings defines which modules Team members can use and how they function.

To access these options, click the dedicated [Team settings] icon next to your Team’s name in the Navigator.
