Adjusting Timebook to your organization’s needs

Timebook’s Workplace settings have everything you need to manage and customize your Workplace effectively. Whether updating member permissions, integrating third-party tools, or organizing your Workplace’s shared resources, all the tools are accessible and organized into intuitive sections.

With these tools, you can manage your Workplace effectively, including options to update the Workplace name, avatar, and URL, transfer ownership, connect external apps, manage members and their roles, track resource usage and billing details, and create tags for better organization and searchability.

[Workplace settings] is one of the options available in the Workplace menu.

To access these options, click the dropdown next to your Workplace name in the app's top-left corner.

From the menu, select [Workplace settings] to open a module dedicated to managing your organization’s resources.
