Editing Workplace details
The [Workplace profile] section in the [Workplace settings] module allows you to rename your Workplace, update the associated image, transfer ownership to another member, and copy a direct link to your Workplace.
See below for the complete list of options available in this section.
Workplace members have read-only access to the [Workplace profile] section, while the Owner and Admins can use the available options.
The [Transfer ownership] option, detailed below, is exclusive to the Owner.
To access this section:
Click the dropdown next to the name of your Workplace in the top-left corner.
From the menu, select [Workplace settings].
Open the [Workplace profile] section.
Workplace avatar
Change the avatar of your Workplace by clicking the [Pencil] icon in the space provided for the image and uploading a new image.
Workplace name
Use this field to change the name of your Workplace.
Click on the current name and start typing to enter a new one.
Transfer ownership
Use this option to pass the ownership of this Workplace to someone else if you are the current Owner.
Click the [Transfer ownership] button, and select another Workplace member to make them the new Owner. Click [Transfer] to confirm your decision. You will then become an Admin of this Workplace.
Workplace URL
This field shows the unique address of the Workplace.
You can use the [Copy] button next to the URL to copy your Workplace address and paste it wherever needed. This feature makes it easy to share your Workplace address with others.
Remember to click the [Save] button at the bottom after you make changes in the [Workplace profile] section of the Workplace settings.
