The [Usage] section in the [Workplace settings] allows you to monitor how resources are allocated and used under your current pricing plan. This helps you track limits on specific features and ensure your organization stays within usage allowances.
These statistics reflect the overall usage of your Workplace, not just your personal usage.
When you perform an action that exceeds the allocated resource limit for your Workplace, a reminder pop-up will appear, encouraging you to upgrade to a higher plan.
See below for the complete list of statistics available in this section.
To access this section:
Click the dropdown next to the name of your Workplace in the top-left corner.
From the menu, select [Workplace settings].
Open the [Usage] section.
The [Usage] section shows an overview of the resource categories listed in the table below. Usage limits reset on a scheduled basis, which is displayed at the top of the page. This ensures that your resource allocation renews regularly.

File storage
Displays the total file storage used out of your allotted limit.
If you are approaching or exceeding a limit, you can do the following:
Consider upgrading your plan via the Billing section.
Reduce usage by archiving or deleting unnecessary content.
Contact Timebook support if you need additional resources.
Tracks the number of prompts used in AI-powered writing assistance. This is calculated across several Timebook modules (like or ) and text fields (like descriptions).
Displays the number of “Generate Insights” requests used in the flow. Generating allows you to automatically analyze meeting transcripts and identify valuable feedback.
Shows the total number of pages created across all in your Workplace.
Tracks the total number of created in your Workplace.
