Zoom integration

The Timebook-Zoom integration allows you to boost your events with several video conference features.

To turn on the Zoom integration:

  1. Click the dropdown next to your Workplace’s name in the top-left corner.

  2. From the resulting menu, select [Preferences] and open the [Integrations] tab from the menu on the left.

  3. Set the [Enable Zoom integration] toggle to [ON].

  4. Use the resulting pop-up to log in to Zoom using your credentials.

  5. Grant Zoom the necessary permissions, after which Timebook will be integrated with Zoom.


Use the following Zoom features in Timebook:

  • Your Meetings now automatically generate video conference links.

  • You can copy the video links and share it with others.

  • You can use the camera icon on Meeting cards to jump to video conferences.


To turn off the Zoom integration:

  1. Click the dropdown next to your Workplace’s name in the top-left corner.

  2. From the resulting menu, select [Preferences].

  3. Open the [Integrations] tab from the menu on the left.

  4. Set the [Enable Zoom integration] toggle to [OFF].

The integrations described below apply to person-specific connections designed to enhance your individual experience.
