Workflow
What you can achieve

Structure your Goals, Initiatives, and Roadmaps to lay the foundation for product development. Timebook helps you break down high-level objectives into clear, actionable steps.

Great products start with great discovery. Use Inbox to collect feedback and ideas, or manage customer conversations with Interviews to uncover real needs. From there, generate Insights automatically or create them manually to capture key takeaways and guide your next steps.

Turn Insights into actionable Opportunities to drive your discovery process and transform feedback into more concrete plans. Then, use Opportunity Solution Trees (OSTs) to explore different paths, evaluate ideas, and make informed product decisions.

Bring your plans to life and test them by introducing Solutions and Assumptions. Attach them to Opportunities within OSTs to ensure each decision is backed by structured exploration and validated ideas. This stage bridges the gap between discovery and delivery.

Beyond structured workflows, Timebook helps you stay organized at every stage. Use Work Items, Documents, and Files to efficiently manage the delivery process. Workplace and Team reflect your organization’s structure, making collaboration intuitive and effective. In My Work, you’ll find everything relevant to you—tasks, resources, and your calendar—all in one place.
