The Agenda module
The Agenda module helps you manage your schedule by combining event planning, task organization, and automatic scheduling in one place. With a built-in To-Do drawer, you can drag tasks onto the grid to quickly add them to your schedule, giving you a clear view of your calendar events and actionable work. Accessible through My Work, the Agenda module is always just one click away. Quickly check availability, add events, or rearrange work directly on the grid without disrupting your workflow.

Calendar events in Timebook
Calendar events in Timebook are designed to make scheduling flexible. Whether you’re organizing Meetings, marking Out of Office periods, or booking your Focus Time, you can customize each event with multiple properties to ensure clarity and avoid timing conflicts. Events can be created directly on the calendar grid, making it simple to adjust times or update details as your plans change. With features like Shared Availability, Appointments, and Polls, you can also involve others in event creation without unnecessary back-and-forth.

The To-Do drawer
The To-Do drawer lets you track all the work assigned to you alongside your calendar events, keeping your priorities in one place. Your work can be scheduled directly onto the calendar grid by dragging objects from the drawer, making it easy to allocate time for your assignments. This integration gives you a clear view of both your scheduled events and actionable tasks, helping you manage your workload efficiently. The To-Do drawer is always accessible while using the Agenda module, so you can quickly add, update, or schedule tasks without switching views.
