Getting around Timebook

Reading time: 2 minutes

Finding what you need

We designed Timebook to keep everything you need just a few clicks away. Whether you’re managing tasks, collaborating with teammates, or organizing resources, this chapter will show you how to get around Timebook with ease. With a few navigation tips, you’ll be able to make the most of the app and keep your work flowing smoothly.

The Navigator

The Navigator is your main tool for accessing all key areas within Timebook, including Workplace content, personal and team resources, bookmarks, and notifications. Located on the left side of the interface, it’s designed to provide access to your most-used features within easy reach. Through the Navigator, you can easily switch contexts without interrupting your workflow.

To explore the options within the Navigator, see the App navigation article for a detailed guide on accessing key modules.

Timebook Workplace

The Workplace in Timebook serves as the central hub for organization-wide resources, collaboration, and strategic planning. In other words, it’s a digital reflection of your organization. The Workplace brings together all shared information and resources, including Products and Teams. It’s where you strategize, explore opportunities, and develop new features, as well as invite members to collaborate.

To explore Workplace features, see the Workplace navigation article—it will guide you through managing your organization in Timebook.

Timebook Teams

Teams in Timebook are designed to give each group a dedicated space for collaboration, project tracking, and resource sharing. Accessed through the Navigator, a Team provides easy access to everything a group of professionals need to work together effectively—from tracking goals and managing tasks to sharing documents and updates. With customizable tools, each Timebook Team can be tailored to meet specific needs and workflows.

To explore Team features, see the Team navigation article for a guide on accessing and using these collaborative spaces.
