Accepting and declining Partners

Managing Partner invitations in Timebook is a straightforward process, but it ensures you have control over external collaborations in your Workplace. As the Workplace Owner or Admin, you play a key role in approving or rejecting these invitations. Here’s how it works:

  1. A Partner invitation is sent: Team Owners and Admins can invite a collaborator from another Workplace—referred to as a Partner—to join their Team. This might be for a specific project, initiative, or other collaborative effort.

  2. The Partner accepts the invitation: Once invited, the external collaborator receives an invitation and has the option to accept or decline. When they accept, the next step in the process moves to you as the Workplace Owner or Admin.

  3. You review the invitation: After the Partner accepts, you receive a notification about the pending invitation. At this point, you can review the details and decide whether to approve or reject it. Your approval adds the Partner to the Team, granting them access as defined by the invitation.

This process gives you control and visibility over external collaborations, ensuring that every Partner joining your Teams aligns with your organization’s goals and policies.

To respond to a Partner invitation, click the [...] menu on the invitation card and select one of the available options.
