You can now connect your entire Timebook Workplace directly to Jira using Workplace settings.
Why does it matter? This Workplace-level integration lays the groundwork for connecting selected Teams to Jira projects. As a result, you can synchronize Timebook items with their corresponding Jira counterparts. See below for details on deeper Jira integration options.
You can now link any Timebook Team to a specific Jira project for automatic two-way synchronization.
Why does it matter? Items created or updated in Timebook or Jira will now sync seamlessly, keeping both platforms up to date. The properties like Title, Description, Status, Priority, and Item Type will all reflect changes in real-time. Synced items will display a Jira project banner with quick actions to navigate to Jira or unlink the integration. Deleting an item will break the sync but won’t delete its counterpart, preserving important data.
Stay informed with clearer trial expiration notices, seat tracking, and improved billing transition options.
Why does it matter? A new banner alerts you when your trial is ending, making it easy to add payment details. You’ll also see precise information on unoccupied seats and have a summary screen when switching from monthly to annual billing. Plus, if your Workplace is locked due to payment issues, quick access to resolving payments or contacting Support is now available.
Now, you’ll receive an "Import Report" detailing any mapping issues when importing data from a .csv file.
Why does it matter? No more guessing what went wrong during imports. The report clearly lists which fields couldn’t be mapped for specific items, helping you spot any potential issues early on.
Documents and individual pages now have their own dedicated sets of options, making content management more intuitive.
Why does it matter? You can now manage settings at the document level or focus on specific pages. For example, pin or bookmark individual Wiki pages for quick access.
Insight cards now feature dedicated sections, including “Pain points,” “Feature requests,” and “Value.”
Why does it matter? This new structure makes it easier to digest user feedback, understand requests, and prioritize improvements based on clear, organized information.
Opportunity cards now display “Linked Outcomes” section, connecting them to root elements of OSTs.
Why does it matter? This enhancement strengthens traceability, showing how each Opportunity ties back to strategic outcomes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Your comment drafts are now saved when switching between tabs.
Why does it matter? No more frustration over lost thoughts—switch tabs freely and return to your comment exactly where you left off.
We’ve redesigned the Goal creation modal to make adding Key Results more intuitive.
Why does it matter? Clearer navigation and a streamlined interface make setting Goals and their Key Results easier than ever.
We’ve significantly reduced loading times, especially for lists with many items.
Why does it matter? Timebook now works faster, ensuring a smoother experience even when working with extensive datasets.

Cut-and-paste from a Google Doc can break formatting
Copying content from a Google Doc into a Timebook Document now preserves formatting and styling.
Copying a nested list into a Document flattens the list
When copying a list with multiple indentation levels, the original structure is now maintained in your Timebook Document.
Tooltips for pages with long names are misplaced
When hovering over a page in a list, the tooltip now appears correctly next to your cursor.
Data view tab does not update after a view is renamed or deleted
Renaming or deleting a view now correctly updates the list of available views without issues.
Friendly ID missing in items imported from .csv
Items imported from a .csv file are now automatically assigned their friendly ID.
Cannot select a newly created Opportunity in an OST
Newly created Opportunities are now immediately available for selection when managing an OST.
